Interior and exterior modifications to an existing dealership
Interior improvements including remodeling the former parts storage, customer lounge and sales offices. Modifications included adding two new restrooms, new storefronts, updated finishes and MEP work. A major facade upgrade including new stucco parapet and cosmetic glazing, minor sitework and hardscape were part of the scope as well.
