Project Summary

Fast-paced transformation of an outdated office space for a high-end Kitchen Appliance Distribution Company. Renovations included new private offices, open ergonomic workspaces, several conference rooms, and a breakroom. Scope featured light demo of existing non-load bearing partitions and lighting and replacing with new partitions, doors, upgraded HVAC and rooftop units, exterior glazing, and all associated electrical, audio visual, telecommunications, plumbing, mechanical and life safety. The updated 11,000 square foot space is equipped with all-new interior finishes such as carpet and LVT flooring, acoustical ceilings and wall coverings, millwork, finished carpentry, plumbing and light fixtures.
