Project Summary
Interior improvements to a 14,939 square foot warm shell with restrooms, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm. Air, power, and water were provided to the core so distribution had to be built out. The new office features 20+ private offices and numerous bars, banquettes, and breakout flex workspaces. All private offices have at least one glazed wall allowing the space to feel open and light. Scope included an innovation room with a 25’ folding/stacking glass wall connecting open office space to the main conference room. MEPF trades were all design build.
