Project Summary

A complete turn-key project designed to provide the community with youth-focused recreational and educational opportunities and activities. The ground-up block and steel structure features a junior-high school sized gymnasium, teen lounge/study room, office, a high-end residential styled kitchen, a two-bedroom caretaker’s apartment and a sheriff’s substation—all within a 9,599 square foot lot. Photovoltaic panels were installed on a metal roof, while MEP’s and fire protection were design-build.
