Project Summary
The new masonry building, located at Brea Marketplace, features a wood and metal framed entry façade with smooth plaster finish and clay tile roofing, conventional slab on grade with spread footings and a rear loading dock. Interior is equipped with MEP, refrigeration and all architectural finishes including the construction of three cedar barn facades and five cedar produce awnings. Sprouts specializes in farm fresh produce, and offers a large selection of natural products.
