Project Summary
Upon completion of the site development, scope included the build-out for a new TJ Maxx and Staples featuring electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire Sprinklers, drywall/metal stud interior framing system, masonry (to improve existing structure), automatic doors, flooring (VCT, tile and carpeting), interior slatwall system at sales floor, acoustical ceilings and a roll-up door at the existing loading dock.
