Project Summary

Ground-up construction of a new retail center with seven shell buildings highly visible from the freeway and adjacent to a 325-home residential development. The 80,000 square-foot shopping center is located within the master-planned community of Sycamore Hills. Each of the shells range in size from 3,500 to 30,000 square feet; fully equipped with HVAC rooftops units, an electrical switchboard, exterior lights, pylon signage, trash enclosures and plumbing stubbed in, as well as associated on-site wet and dry utilities, civil and grading, hardscape, landscape and amenities on a 10-acre site. The two main anchors, Buildings A and B, will feature future tenants Whole Foods 365 and CVS. The build-out of Building B/CVS included a turn-key tenant improvement; complete with a pharmacy, security, restrooms, coolers & freezers, trash compactor, vertical lift conveyor unit, cabeling and millwork.
