Project Summary
Improvements included structural steel, metal louver panels, rough carpentry, cabinets, insulation, roof patching, flashing, doors and frames, skylights, glass and glazing, drywall, tile work, carpet, fresh paint, restroom upgrades and partitions, associated MEP and complete fire system. Exterior modifications included striping, signage, sealing, chain link fences and concrete.
