Project Summary
The project combines restaurant and retail tenants with office suites featuring first-rate amenities at the site of a former liquor store; transforming a non-optimized parking lot into an efficient parking garage spanning 96,000 square feet. Work at common areas and office tenant improvements on the second and third floors for law firms and financial services tenants; including installation of an elevator and Terrazzo floor finishes in the lobby, ADA single occupancy restrooms, lighting, electrical, power, partition walls, suspended ceilings, flooring mechanical system and base building shaft. The corner plaza is the main entrance and focal point; featuring a 20’ fountain, raised planters, seating, 3,300 square feet of Porphyry paving stones and colored concrete. Columns for the raised planter walls feature elaborate, high-end pole lighting. This award-winning redevelopment project has been recognized for its thoughtfully designed renovation; which now offers an opportunity to do business within a relaxing, stress-free environment.
