Willow Glen Town Square

Project Summary

The project combines restaurant and retail tenants with office suites featuring first-rate amenities at the site of a former liquor store; transforming a non-optimized parking lot into an efficient parking garage spanning 96,000 square feet. A building containing two existing retailers required an extensive phasing schedule with construction literally taking place up, over and around the remaining building. The interior remodel of Willow Street Pizza was included in the scope; which now boasts a brand-new, fully-equipped bar, wood-burning oven, flooring, tile, lighting fixtures and plumbing. The corner plaza is the main entrance and focal point; featuring a 20’ fountain, raised planters, seating, 3,300 square feet of Porphyry paving stones and colored concrete. Columns for the raised planter walls feature elaborate, high-end pole lighting. This award-winning redevelopment project has been recognized for its thoughtfully designed renovation; which now offers an opportunity to shop, stroll or dine within a relaxing, stress-free environment.
