Woodside Priory Stream

Project Summary

For Father Fry, the STREAM is his dream, complete with 12,500 square feet of classrooms and labs for science, technology, robotics, engineering, art and metal studies. The West Wing will feature a metal room, tool shop, robotics and science lab. The East Wing will be equipped with a grinding room, ceramics, digital lab, painting room and physics lab. A central courtyard will join both spaces within the two-story facility; providing ample space for collaboration. Scope includes demolition of the existing art building, as well as 24,000 square feet of site improvements; including permeable paving, lighting, parking additions, landscaping, a new stairway and a monumental donor sign.
