Bill is the founder and visionary behind W. L. Butler. Frank York
Frank is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including strategic planning and management for all company locations throughout the western region. Frank’s industry experience and management skills ensure that quality, safety and customer service are achieved every day, and on every project. He is known among Team Members and clients for fostering collaboration that leads to success.

Gina Henson
A founding member of the W. L. Butler Leadership Team, Gina manages the company’s finances, information technology, human resources and philanthropic ventures. She’s a critical part of the company’s success story, always pushing herself and those around her to think and plan ahead.
As long as our team members have the drive, the passion and the commitment to be great, the company will help them achieve whatever they want.
Brian Cresap
Brian oversees all construction operations for the company. He is responsible for business development, project and field personnel management, cost estimating and safety. With over 20 years of construction experience, particularly in finance and operations, Brian has a proven history of driving growth and spearheading new market opportunities to expand W. L. Butler's reach.

Joel Butler
Joel Butler oversees Northern California operations for W. L. Butler, leading construction teams, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency, and guiding preconstruction strategy. A licensed Structural Engineer, he has advanced through the company since 2005, supporting long‑term planning, client relationships, and industry leadership.

Trent Morrow
Trent leads the company’s legal strategy and plays a key role in risk management across all operations. Since 2004, he has guided W. L. Butler through the legal complexities of construction and oversees the Risk Management Department, uniting Legal, Safety and Insurance to strengthen the company’s ability to reduce risk and streamline operations.
