Bay Street Grocery

This project required constructing a precast concrete retail shell from the ground up for a new tenant space located on a nearly two-acre site in the Bay Street Emeryville shopping center. The new 40,635-square-foot anchor building provides easy access to the rooftop parking lot. Tokyo Central offers premium imported Japanese goods, made-to-order and ready-to-go food trays, and specialty food and lifestyle items. Bay Street’s freshly redesigned space will offer residents and visitors a unique cultural shopping experience.
