Ground-up Material Recovery Facility (MRF)
Residential waste collection and recycling services facility
Development of a 17-acre site and ground-up construction of the largest recycling center in Southern California. This 52’ tall 182,000 square foot tilt-up features a materials recovery facility (MRF) / transfer station, bale storage, two−story administration office, free-standing restroom, modular maintenace building, two pre-engineered scale houses, weigh stations, perimeter CMU screen walls, access gates and two separate load−out ports accessible via a 20’ deep tunnel. Site improvements consist of a new utility infrastructure with 8,000 amp of power, hardscape, landscape and lighting.
