This five acre project supports waste collection operations for the Athens Services Sun Valley Material Recovery Facility. The first property required complete site and building demolition with installation of new site utilities and concrete paving to be utilized as parking for street sweeping and waste collection vehicles. The second property was a complete remodel and re-roof of an existing 57,960 sq.ft. building for vehicle maintenance and installation of a new 14,000 sq.ft. office tenant improvement.
