Façade upgrades to an existing dealership. Scope required the removal of an existing monument signage tower and replacing with a new stone clad tower, front canopy elevation revisions, extension of parapet height and relocation of electrical masts. The showroom building received an antifracture membrane beneath ceramic tile to support the weight of the vehicles on display and minor finishes in the offices. Sitework improvements included installation of pervious pavers in driveway to remedy drainage issues, skimcoat masonry wainscot with lath/plaster and re-striping for ADA parking stalls.
