CMC Respite Center

Improvements to an existing wood framed, stucco and tile building for a new substance abuse treatment center for unsheltered individuals who need respite and withdrawal services after hospital discharge or before entering longer-term treatment. The CMC Respite Center offers rooms for men and women, as well as separate rooms for special needs, such as pregnancy care. A covered patio and landscaped area is available for patients to enjoy, and employee parking and guest parking is also available. Door hardware and plumbing fixtures needed to meet anti-ligature requirements were also installed for patient safety.
