Compass Place*

A 240-unit project constructed on nine acres with virtually no disruption to the early occupants. Each unit contained features such as vaulted ceilings and private balconies that overlook the lap pool, mid-range tot lot and large play areas. Units within the complex included 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,200 square feet.
