A former Marie Callender’s restaurant was demolished followed by the ground-up construction of two single-story wood framed warm shells for four restaurant tenants. Pad E (8,100 square feet) and Pad F (5,665 square feet) include all-new MEP, underground utilities, fire systems, aluminum storefront, rooftop units, exterior grading, paving, parking, landscaping with colored concrete and stone veneer columns, as well as bioswales for water run-off and filtration. The renovated section of a prominent retail center is frequented by employees at the nearby Apple campus and other local high-tech companies.
