Tenant improvements to two 25-year-old, two-story concrete buildings to accommodate a state-of-the-art facility featuring UPS and 600KW emergency generator backup, lab space, offices and a fully-equipped printing center. Additional renovations included demolition and reconstruction of existing offices with a new layout, as well as a complete seismic upgrade and exterior face-lift featuring a new outdoor patio, utility yard, trash enclosure, roof screens and exterior paint.
