Redwood City (HQ)Dittmer’s had to rebuild after a fire claimed their old shop a few blocks away. Construction of the new (larger) location required the conversion of an existing Wells Fargo bank shell; complete with refrigeration, smokehouses, custom finishes, fixtures and design build MEPs.
