Edgewood Plaza

Renovations to an historical Eichler shopping center; requiring demolition and construction of two wood-framed buildings with plaster exterior finishes. The first building is all-new construction with a storefront. The second is an existing building that was stripped down to the roof structure; featuring a new facade and storefront on three sides. The two buildings are joined by a common area with extensive landscaping, outdoor seating and canopies. Projected tenants are Chase Bank and Specialties Café.
