Structural upgrades were performed and two new wood-framed stairs with steel railings were added to the mezzanine. Interior demolition work consisted of gypsum board partitions, wood doors, wood framed mezzanine stairs, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and associated infrastructure for future interior tenant improvements. Demolition to exterior shell limited to existing aluminum/glass storefront systems and roll up doors. Roof work consisted of a new PVC roof system and new mechanical equipment, including RTU’s and exhaust fans. The MEP was design-build.
