Ground-up construction of a new two-story mercantile over a one-story below grade parking structure on a virtual zero lot line. Extensive shoring, installation of a methane barrier and shotcrete exterior walls were required for the 16-ft-deep garage; capable of serving 164-vehicles. Two pre-existing buildings on the 30,000 square foot lot site were demolished prior to construction.
