A voluntary seismic upgrade of a tenant occupied apartment complex; which includes construction of four new sheer walls on top of micro piles that will be doweled into the existing concrete decks. Concrete application consists of both cast in place and shotcrete. HVAC, utilities, plumbing and fire safety were relocated accordingly.
