Partial demolition of an existing AMC Movie Theater, relocation of the electrical room, site upgrades, extensive landscaping, and construction of four new retail buildings including a Starbucks drive-thru, sandwich shop and loading dock near the largest of the shells. The building’s exterior features a cement plaster system along with aluminum storefront and metal canopies. Existing asphalt and concrete were replaced with new hardscape and a parking lot.
