Demolition of an existing Montgomery Wards building, as well as preparations for Target and four stick-frame warm shell buildings with conventional slab-on-grade foundation systems and perimeter-spread footings. Exterior finishes include stucco with elastomeric paint, aluminum eyebrow fascia and exposed structural steel canopies.
