Target Flex Format

Flex format remodel including demo of existing spaces to be replaced with an all-new CMU and exterior wall; freezer/coolers in market area and related storage units at the rear of the stockroom; addition of rooftop mechanical units and associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical work; installation of generator and CMU enclosure; new ramp at loading dock; sidewalk and parking improvements. Any existing fire sprinklers affected by new construction were adjusted to meet requirements.
