Tenant improvements for a renowned global internet company to a recently renovated former church with a “green building” designation. The scope required demolition of non-structural items throughout the 13,000 square foot space; including new partitions, finishes and millwork for private offices and conference rooms, as well as the conversion of the suspended glass mezzanine to open office space. A new ADA compliant shower room and design-build MEP’s were additional scope elements. The historic building was extensively retrofitted and refurbished following LEED certified level guidelines without completing the process prior to this build-out. This project had a fast track schedule with permits issued in under two weeks.
