Select demolition and improvements included restroom cores, renovated office space, locker rooms, new fixtures, cabinets, flooring, finishes, glass/glazing, doors, site improvements, MEPs, under roof insulation, new electrical distribution and fire alarm system, ADA striping and a fire hydrant within 50 ft. of the building. With six volleyball courts accurately marked and interchangeable, the facility is able to accommodate a variety of different sports including: volleyball, basketball, futsal, tennis, and pickleball.
