Façade upgrades, new storefront and site improvements to Building 4 within the Plaza at El Segundo Shopping Center. Scope included installation of new hardscape, trees and communal gathering spaces with a trellis, seating fire pit and planters. Partial re-striping and ADA ramps included within the scope as well. Silver Award recipient of the 2019 Los Angeles Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Awards for Best Retail.
